Staying during Christmas was a great experience. The place had beautiful decorations and the staff were welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with a good variety of items to choose from. The location was also perfect as it was near the city center and there were many fun activities around. Additionally, they offered a shuttle service to the ski resort which was very convenient.
Sadly, the bed was uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep properly. We also had some issues with the heating as the room was a bit cold, even though we tried to adjust it. The staff were friendly, but not very helpful with the problems we encountered, which made the experience less enjoyable. the positive aspects were good, but the negative aspects were too significant for us to recommend staying here.

spacious apartment with a kitchen, comfy bed, balcony with a view, and large bathroom. Friendly staff upgraded us for free and offered free breakfast. Parking was available in front of the hotel. Interesting walk to the city center but a taxi ride was needed to come back up.

Over Easter, we had a fantastic stay at a quaint, lovely hotel in the Dolomites. The location was stunning, surrounded by picturesque hills and valleys. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, and the meals were exceptional. We especially enjoyed the variety of wines served. the staff was responsive and attentive to our every need.
The only drawback was the challenge of driving up the steep and curvy roads to the hotel. , the toiletries provided were small, which could inconvenience some guests.

the room was clean, practical, spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as great toiletries. the staff provided excellent service, taking care of all our needs and requests with a smile. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner during our stay, with tasty meals and great drinks. the view from the balcony was stunning and offered a great place to relax and unwind.
The hotel was a bit challenging to access with uphill roads and difficult turns.

Owner's friendly and multilingual welcome. Upgraded to a spacious apartment. Complimentary breakfast offered. Quiet and top-floor location with balcony. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. Parking available in front of the house. Interesting walk to the center of Bressanone
